Dear Valued Customer, it is now one year since COVID-19 has risen and evolved into a worldwide pandemic, impacting every corner of the globe. PureSys has met the challenge of keeping our operations open and employees healthy during this time. As of current, all staff who can work remotely, continue to do so, while all onsite staff still retain the staggered working hours and social distancing best practices as per the lockdown period.

PureSys will continue to operate in our efficient manner, to both protect the health of our staff and minimalize any delays to you, our valued customers. Unfortunately, there is very little we can do to control the movement of the industry and effects that has reverberated throughout our suppliers. Examples of these include prioritization of covid-19 production, US operation WARP SPEED, scheduled shipping availability and more.

Impacted areas are as follows: The turnaround time of quotes, receiving of shipments, variability of lead times and availability of stock. We are working to mitigate supply chain issues and challenges resulting from the unprecedented cause of delays. To get ahead of this, PureSys would like to advise all our customers to look ahead and bring in forecasts for the next 6 months to avoid any disruptions to your supply chain. We anticipate some recovery by the end of June 2021 and improvements in lead times towards normalcy thereafter.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work our way through these challenging times.
